Chlamydia DNA, in total DNA isolated from McCoy cells (ATCC® CRL-1696™) infected with Chlamydia trachomatis strain UW-57/Cx (ATCC® VR-878™). Organism and host cells are also available through the ATCC Catalog. This product was prepared using methods known to inactivate the infecting agent. DNA isolated from infected cells is appropriate for PCR and other molecular biology applications.
