This contains the complete coding sequence. The initiation Met codon begins 104 nt from the 5' end in an NcoI site. There is an open reading frame of 891 nt followed by 299 nt 3' untranslated sequence and about 100 nt poly(A). At the amino acid sequence level, this clone is more similar to a bovine adenine nucleotide translocator than to a human fibroblast adenine nucleotide translocator. |
