Expression vector with efficient prokaryotic expression signals upstream of the XmnI site. Permits generation of a translational fusion with 'lacZ. pLEX1B, pLEX2B, and pLEX3B (ATCC 87198-87200) differ in the reading frame established at the XmnI site. Expression requires fusion of a 5'TG of the insert with the A nucleotide of the XmnI site of the vector. |
