Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): PstI--5.4; BamHI--2.6 (doublet), 0.2; EcoRI--3.2, 1.4, 0.8; EcoRI/HindIII--2.7, 1.4, 0.8, 0.5. The experimental host is Nicotiana benthamiana. Contains the full-length DNA 1 linearized with EcoRV (+ orientation). The insert was derived from supercoiled DNA isolated from plants infected using clones pJS092 and pJS094. |
