The insert contains the following restriction sites (nt position according to the published sequence): EcoRI--2146, 5687, 7290, 7556, 18379; HindIII--5706, 5946, 12354, 18563; PstI--9072, 12586, 14849. Also contains 4 Alu repeats. The 3' end overlaps the 5' end of lambdaHSA110 (ATCC 65732, 65733) by about 9 kb. Corresponds approximately to nt 5 - 19016 of the published sequence, and thus includes all exons (primary transcript nt 1737 -18688 for one of two possible polyadenylation sites).
