Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 1.942, 1.489, 0.835, 2.100, 0.528, 1.808, 0.709, 4.100, 0.501, 2.085, 2.239, 0.517, 1.719, 0.742, 0.987, 0.648, 0.410. IMPORTANT: To prevent amplification of a rearranged and/or deleted cosmid, we recommend streaking on LB + amp plates at 30C and picking small colonies for liquid culture. Overlaps clones with ATCC number(s): 70022, 70828, 71045.
