Dexamethasone-stimulated rat SC cells chronically infected with the C3H strain of MMTV Cloned from mouse mammary tumor virus C3H DNA from rat XC cell line. Ap(r). Circular MMTV was cut with EcoRI and cloned into lambda gtWES. The PstI gag-pol fragment was then subcloned into pBR322. Original construction was by J.E. Majors. |
