Digestion with EcoRI+BstEII produces fragments of 5.75 and 0.35 kb. Bacteria may grow slowly due to the high plasmid copy number. Encodes the following mutant form: K32E, D33N, A34T, K38T, L39E, with aa 1-10 replaced by aa 1-11 of factor IX. |
