Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--3.3, 2.7, 0.45, 0.3, 0.24 + smaller; BamHI--7.4; HindIII--6.0, 0.74, 0.42; AccI--uncut; EcoRI--3.3 doublet, 0.8. Codominant segregation demonstrated in 29 3-generation families for the RsaI polymorphism. RFLPs were observed under normal hybridization and wash stringencies. |
