Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 1.951, 1.800, 1.407, 1.080, 1.079, 3.110, 5.896, 0.504, 3.669, 2.439, 1.312, 0.872, 0.686, 0.516, 0.439, 0.491, 0.751, 0.487, 0.867. IMPORTANT: To prevent amplification of a rearranged and/or deleted cosmid, we recommend streaking on LB + amp plates at 30C and picking small colonies for liquid culture. Overlaps clones with ATCC number(s): 70390, 71021, 71038, 71049, 71128.
