Mapped by probing DNA from mice with different partial t haplotypes. Hybridizes specifically to the beta and gamma subfamilies of elements present at the mouse D17T66 complex locus. Isolated from a genomic library constructed from MboI partially digested, size fractionated (30-50 kb), DNA from a male mouse with a t complex genotype of t(wlub1)/t(w5). |
