Insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): BamHI--0.3, 1.8; BglII--1.3, 1.7; HindIII--1.4; NcoI--0.6; NdeI--0.3; PstI--1.8. Encodes the complete form 4 of the receptor. Constructed by ligation of the 5' end of PRL-Rs2 (ATCC 63296) to the 3' end of PRL-Rs1 (ATCC 63295). The KpnI site created at the ligation junction does not change the amino acid sequence. |
