Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI/HindIII--3.0, 1.4; PstI--3.4, 0.95; BamHI--4.3. Constructed by isolating a 1.4 kb EcoRI fragment from a partial digest of a clone in lambdagt10 and cloning the fragment into a pBluescript vector. A 1.4 kb BamHI/HindIII fragment was excised and cloned into pGEM-4Z. |
