Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--4.3, 4.2, 2.5; EcoRI--9.2, 1.8; PstI--5.1, 3.0, 1.6, 1.2; BamHI--6.2, 4.8; EcoRI/PstI--4.75, 1.6 doublet; 1.3, 1.1, 0.75. To obtain a single copy probe, cut with HindIII and PstI and use the 2.7 kb fragment for hybridization. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: AluI, BclI, BglI, Bsp1286, BstNI, DraI, EcoRI, EcoRV, HaeIII, HgiaI, HincII, HphI, MboI, MspI, NdeI, PstI, Sau96I, SspI, StuI, StyI, XbaI, XmnI. |
