This is the 5' EcoRI subclone of pbPKC-beta15 and extends from nt 105 to nt 2027 of the published sequence, including most of the coding sequence which extends from nt 65 to nt 2084.
Detects bovine cerebellar mRNA of 8.7, 3.4, and 2.6 kb, and rat brain mRNA of 8.7 and 2.6 kb.
Detects a human genomic HindIII fragment of 7.5 kb and was used to map the human gene.
