This is a cDNA clone of HMG-CoA Reductase from Mesocricetus auratus (golden hamster) cell line CHO-KI that was cloned into the BamH/EcoRV regions of the pCDNA3 vector. Two tandem copies of the T7 epitope tag (MASM TGG-QQMG) have been inserted between amino acids 294-295.
