Quality Control Specifications
The quality of the total RNA was determined using the Agilent 2100. RNA (0.1 –1 µL) was analyzed with a 6000 Pico LabChip Kit. The electropherogram shows high quality RNA with visible 18S and 28S rRNA peaks.
