Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HincII--3.05, 1.9, 1.25; BamHI--4.4, 2.1; EcoRI--3.1, 1.9, 1.5; HindIII--6.5; PvuII--2.35, 2.2, 1.95. This probe was also known as D18S20. This probe should be prehybridized with total human DNA (50 ug/ml) for 2-3 hours at 42C. |
