immunoglobulin; monoclonal antibody; against mouse transferrin receptor |
| Comments |
Animals were immunized with the mouse erythroleukemia line 745.6. Spleen cells were fused with S194/5.XXO.BU.1 myeloma cells. This antibody stains brighter by immunofluorescence than does R17 208.2 (ATCC TIB-220). The antibody does not prevent cell proliferation. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox). |
